Logs Tab
Any errors or warnings that happen on the DINGO device are registered. It is possible via the Logs tab to review these errors and warnings to identify problems and resolve them.
By clicking on the buttons Year, Month, 7 days and Today the log can be reviewed for the specific time periods in the data-grid.
Use custom timespan: Checking this check-box enables the option of choosing a custom time period to review the log. Click the button with the down-pointing arrow to retrieve the log.
Lazy load messages: If this check-box is checked it means that the messages for every log-item retrieved are loaded one-by-one in the background. If it is not checked it means that the message is only loaded when the log-item is selected in the data-grid.
Selecting a log-item in the data-grid will display its details in the details-box to the right.
Log ID: This is the identifier that the log-item has been assigned.
Controller ID: This is the identifier of the peripheral setup where the log-event occur.
Priority: This determines the severity of the log-item. The possibilities are: FATAL, CRITICAL, ERROR, WARNING, NOTICE, INFORMATION, DEBUG and TRACE.
Timestamp: This states when the log-event occurred.
System: This states in what system the log-event occurred.
Shortcut: This is the short-name of the log-type of the event that occurred.
Message: This is the message that describes the specific log-event.
Description: This is a general description of the log-type of the event that occurred.
